The Masters in Management Studies (MMS) is a two-year full time management program affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The program is conducted under the direction of the University with functional specializations offered in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, System & HR.

SIESCOMS believes that class room learning, unless put to test in the real world, is meaningless; it therefore draws upon its excellent ties with the industry to go beyond the University stipulations and offers a holistic learning experience to the student.

General Management

PSO1: To provide an opportunity for multi-disciplinary management studies learning, to take strategic managerial decisions and execute them effectively in different domains.
PSO2: To develop the knowledge and the skills to function in a multi-cultural and multi-national work environment, demonstrating good interpersonal skills as a leader in a team and displaying consciousness of social, ethical and environmental issues. PSO (Program Specific Outcomes )

Finance Department


PSO1: To provide an opportunity for multi-disciplinary management studies learning, to take Accounting and Financial Management decisions and execute them effectively in different domains.
PSO2: To develop the knowledge and the skills of Finance domain to function in a multi-cultural and multi-national work environment, demonstrating good interpersonal skills as a leader in a team and displaying consciousness of social, ethical and environmental issues. Marketing Department

PSO1 : To develop an ability to understand the basic concepts in marketing and to implement this knowledge to appreciate Brands, Customer centricity and Digital space.
PSO2: To develop an ability to adapt to challenges in the global environment with an understanding of marketing strategy and applying this to solve profitability issues .

HR Department

PSO1. Graduates will possess the required skills to design and implement effective talent management strategies, conduct appraisals and deliver training programs to enhance employee’s skills and competencies.
PSO2. Graduates will develop skills in analyzing organizational culture, navigating change, and fostering a positive work environment to collaborate effectively within diverse work groups

Operations Department

PSO1. To develop an ability to understand the basic concepts in operations and to implement this knowledge to various projects in production, materials management and supply chain management.
PSO2. To develop an ability to adapt to challenges in the global environment with an understanding of manufacturing and operations and applying this to solve various problems in operations management.
  • Additional inputs (in addition to the prescribed syllabus of the University of Mumbai) provided to supplement the learning by incorporating the latest developments in each specialization
