HR professional working towards development initiatives. Joined SIES family in July 2014 as Training In-charge. Organise and conduct training and workshops for students and staff. Guide students on placement areas. Teaching post graduate / management students.

Worked for 17 years in Shipping and Logistics company as Corporate HR role and Business HR respectively. Instrumental in development of web-based HR software, implementing Graduate Trainee Scheme, involved in competency-based HR processes and other functions of selection, training & development and people management.

Passionate towards social service and is associated with foundations working towards development of society in the sphere of education and social areas. Enjoy playing badminton.
