Dr. Apoorva Trivedi (POSH Certified Trainer) ,PhD in Management from Noida International University. An MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations, from University of Lucknow, B.Ed. From Meerut University and B.com from Lucknow University. She has been Awarded by the Chancellors Medal for Scoring the Highest Marks in B.com By the State Governor. Her specialization and Research Interests are International Aspects of Human Resource Management, Strategic HRM, Emotional Intelligence and Organization Behaviour. Experience. including 11 years of teaching. Have been teaching and guiding PGDM and MBA students for projects, mentoring & counselling. Presented Research Papers in various National and International conferences. Written articles and research papers in the areas of Retail Management, Stress Management Sustainable Development, Green HRM, Human Resource Management.
She is also Honoured with Teaching Excellence Award 2018 in Higher Education Forum - Gujarat Chapter 6th Regional Conference on "Quality & Accreditation of Higher Education in India: Policy and Best Practices" held on 29th September 2018 at M S University of Baroda.
Honoured with Best Young Teacher in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in ACEF ASIAN HR Summit and Leadership Awards 2018 held on 3rd October 2018 at Taj Landend, Bandra, Mumbai
